Order Requests & Confirmation
Submitting a custom order request does not guarantee availability or confirm your order. After reviewing your request, we will contact you to discuss availability, design details and final pricing.

Payment & Booking
Custom orders are not confirmed until payment is received. Once the details and final price of your order have been agreed upon, we will send you an invoice/payment link. Payment is required to secure your order and pickup date.

Designs & Inspiration Photos
Inspiration photos are welcome and help us understand the look you're going for. Because every item is handmade, exact replicas cannot be guaranteed. We will do our best to match your requested theme, colors and overall design while creating something unique for your order.

Changes to Your Order
Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make changes. Changes are subject to availability and may affect the final price. Changes requested after preparation has begun may not be possible.

Cancellations & Refunds
Because custom orders are created specifically for you, payments are non-refundable once preparation or work on your order has begun. If you need to cancel before preparation has started, please contact us as soon as possible.

Pickup
Your confirmed pickup date and time will be discussed when your order is finalized. Depending on the size and type of custom order, we may arrange a direct handoff rather than leaving your order in The Flour Garden Cart.
